RETURNS

Please choose carefully as we are unable to offer a refund due to change of mind.

If  there is a problem with your order, or its delivery, please let us know immediately by emailing us at hello@pennybyrne.com

As our artwork is fragile, we recommend insuring all return shipments to avoid any possible damaged-in-transit losses. Please re-use original packing materials if you can to keep the item safe.

DAMAGED GOODS

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please take photos, keep the parcel and email  hello@pennybyrne.com within 24 hours of receipt for details of how to return your item. 

COLOUR VARIATION

Due to differences in screen settings, colours may differ slightly between the photos and the physical product. We are unable to accept refunds on items that have small variations in colour.
